If you're wondering where your order is, don't worry! Just sign into your account to check on its status. Your order number will be in the confirmation email we sent you. Easy peasy!

After you've placed an order with us, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that will include a "Track Order" button. Once you click that, you'll be able to see all of the pertinent tracking information for your package.

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email yet, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

If you need to cancel your order, you can do it by sending us an email. Just keep in mind that orders process quickly (within 60 minutes), so you'll need to act fast! Once an order is processed at the warehouse, it can't be cancelled.

Don't worry though – even if you can't cancel your order, our returns are always free. So if you end up not liking what you ordered, you can easily send it back to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we'll do whatever we can to make things right.

Shipping & Returns

You’ve placed your order and now you’re eagerly awaiting your FULLINO Hoodie. So how does shipping and delivery work?

Once your order is placed, our team will pack your order carefully. Although our team does everything to ship your orders as soon as possible, it may can take up to 72 hours for pick and pack and ship your order.

As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking number. You can then follow your order's progress every step of the way!

We’re working hard to get your order out the door! Shipping times vary based on your location. Please keep in mind due to high volume of orders it can take up to 7 to 10 working days. But we’ll send you an email with all the details. Stay tuned!

We offer worldwide 100% free shipping, without any additional charges.

If you need to change your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes to the address if your order has not already shipped. If the incorrect address was provided and the package has already been delivered, we unfortunately cannot retrieve it. Be sure to double check your shipping information before submitting your order to avoid any issues.

Do you love your FULLINO? We are glad, but if not, no problem! You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it. Just contact us and we'll help you further. Note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the money to be credited to your account.
