ORDERING

We want to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible, and will normally process your order within 24 hours. Once your order is processed, we will not be able to make any modifications or cancellations.

Once you place your order, we will usually process it within 24 hours. After the order is processed, we won’t be able to make any modifications or cancellations. This is because the order is automatically forwarded to the relevant partners after it’s processed.

PAYMENT

We accept credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover credit and many other payment methods.

Please try with another card or purchase with Google Pay or another payment method. Make sure your credit card address and shipping address are the same.

Currently, we only accept checkouts in US Dollars.

The prices displayed on this website are all tax-free, which means you may be liable for additional customs and import duties. We do not have control over customs or import duties, they will vary depending on your respective state or country.

After placing the order, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by destination you are shipping to; payments of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

DISPUTES

We will refund items within 30 days of receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse. Please contact our customer support team at info@fullino.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with further instructions.

Note: We do not cover shipping fees that may arise when you send the items back to us. You must send the unwanted items ( Small, Big, Color ) back at your own expense.

All promotional products must be cancelled within 24 hours of your order. These items are non-refundable once they’re shipped.

In rare occasions, products may be defective. We will do our best to find a solution for you. Please contact our customer support team at info@fullino.com with your order number and picture of everything you received. We’ll fix the situation for sure.

Due to the influence of COVID-19 epidemic now, your order may be delayed 1-2 days in processing. Normally it takes 1-3 working days to process the order.

After order being shipped out, depending on your product and location, it takes between 1-4 weeks for shipping to you.
