Once you place your order, we will usually process it within 24 hours. After the order is processed, we won’t be able to make any modifications or cancellations. This is because the order is automatically forwarded to the relevant partners after it’s processed.

The prices displayed on this website are all tax-free, which means you may be liable for additional customs and import duties. We do not have control over customs or import duties, they will vary depending on your respective state or country.
After placing the order, as the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by destination you are shipping to; payments of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURN POLICY: NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS
We will refund items within 30 days of receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging with no signs of use or misuse. Please contact our customer support team at email@example.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with further instructions.
Note: We do not cover shipping fees that may arise when you send the items back to us. You must send the unwanted items ( Small, Big, Color ) back at your own expense.
